    SwimOutlet.com has introduced a flexible scheduling system that allows employees to select their work hours from open shifts on a week by week basis - no more long term scheduling commitments for those wanting total flexibility. 

    How it Works:

    Each week, based on business volume, we will release a list of open shifts. These shifts will be listed in 4 / 6 / 8 hour time blocks: Examples include: 8:00am - 12:00pm, 10:00am - 2:00pm, 1:00pm - 5:00pm, 6:30pm - 10:30pm, 9:00am to 5:30pm etc...  You will then simply sign up for a shift through our scheduling application.  You can sign up for 1 or 2 shifts per day and up to 28 hours per week.

    What you will do

    As a Warehouse Associate / CSR working within our West Chester Fulfillment Center you would be responsible for a number of different things ranging from pulling orders to shipping orders.

    Specifics tasks include:

    Warehouse Associate

    • Pick, pull and pack itemized merchandise for customer order
    • Ship orders
    • Ability to use a scan gun to collect positional data and update it into the company's system.
    • Adhere to department methods, procedures and metrics
    • Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team
    • Other duties as requested/assigned

    Customer Service Representative

    • Maintain high levels of customer service
    • Answer customer calls and respond to emails
    • Research required information using available resources
    • Manage and resolve customer complaints
    • Provide customers with product and service information
    • Process orders and resolve issues according to procedure
    • Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resource
    • Follow up customer calls where necessary
    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
    • Adhere to the work schedule with regard to start and stop times and breaks
    • Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
    • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions

    What are The Physical Demands of the Position

    Warehouse Associate

    • Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
    • Pull wheeled pick carts up to 20 pounds each
    • Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
    • Continual standing and/or walking. Walking can exceed 1.0 miles per hour of work time.
    • Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, unheated and not air-conditioned

    Customer Service Representative

    The employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear frequently; use hands and fingers to type, write; reach with hands and arms for tasks such as keyboarding, opening filing cabinets, and some light lifting as necessary.

    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Good attention to detail
    • Knowledge and familiarity with touch screen devices, electronics, and computers
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and follow through
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Windows software
    • Ability to utilize the computer and phone simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with all customers and co-workers
    • Fast typing skills (40 + WPM)
    • 1-year previous customer service or call center experience

    Our Fulfillment Center

    We are located just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio in West Chester, Ohio with an easy commute to the surrounding towns.
