Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one spiritual guidance and counseling sessions

Help clients explore their spiritual journey and beliefs

Offer support during life transitions and personal challenges

Guide meditation and mindfulness practices

Assist in developing personalized spiritual practices

Maintain confidentiality and create a safe, non-judgmental space

Document sessions and track client progress appropriately

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of spiritual practices and traditions

Strong background in counseling or spiritual direction

Excellent listening and communication skills

Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence

Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse beliefs

Professional certification in spiritual counseling or related field preferred

Experience in crisis intervention and emotional support

Strong ethical boundaries and professional conduct
