    Job Description

Spiro is the creator of the world's first Proactive Relationship Management solution. We've helped over 200 companies move beyond CRM and use artificial intelligence to help their sales teams achieve higher targets.

We are looking for someone with a strong Business Analyst/Consulting background to help guide our clients' strategy and capture business requirements on projects. This role will oversee and execute projects with help from other parts of the organization, and make sure they meet or exceed customer expectations.

You should be extremely comfortable and confident with software implementations. We would expect you to be primary contact from Spiro with clients, drive a discovery process, construct a strategy, propose architecture, guide the overall project, and manage/complete the agreed upon Spiro configuration. You will probably work on multiple projects with different clients simultaneously. If you're a self-motivated individual and are looking to get in at the ground level with a fun, rapidly growing tech start-up, then this is the job for you.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience functioning as an implementation consultant
    • CRM or ERP experience, preferably both
    • Work closely and collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement appropriate customer communication plans
    • Enthusiastically communicate with your specific accounts to gather feedback, resolve issues and increase customer happiness.
    • Translate customer feedback for the Spiro product development roadmap

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven success managing projects
    • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge about sales processes and CRM
    • Critical thinking – spots gaps, challenges assumptions, pushes back against bad ideas, offers best-practices alternatives
    • A self-starter who can manage several balls in the air at any given time
    • The ability and desire to work in a dynamic, challenging startup environment
    • Creative mindset, open to trying new things and learning new skills

Your new job is waiting for you in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay,  close to the Public Garden, Newbury Street, and many great attractions.
