The Systems Engineer is responsible for providing high-level technical design, implementations, consultations and delivery of technology. Provide level 3 support to the service and project teams when needed. Perform the review and evaluation of new technology as well as the development of standards to ensure the delivery and quality of service is provided to clients at agreed levels. Security experience is a must. Key member of data center team responsible for in house architecture - network, server, storage and backup solutions. Looking for solid experience in Microsoft 365 / Azure, Cisco, Dell EMC, and VMware.

• Coordinate delivery and installation of technology that meet quality assurance standards
• Assist the technical and project teams in design and development tasks
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion with budgetary requirements
• Drive problem investigation and resolution as required
• Ensuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to production
• Communicate with all parties in a constructive manner to guarantee customer expectations are met
• Maintain awareness of all outstanding customer issues both pre- and post-delivery and provide status to clients as necessary
• Utilize appropriate resources to perform customer follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level
• Interface with appropriate technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be resolved effectively
• Perform major role in being part of a team tasked with managing in house data center focusing on but not limited to: capacity management, performance management, and project implementation.
