    Equipment Sales Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    1. Restaurant Equipment Knowledge - Continued learning on equipment, comparisons, features, applications, etc. and able to demonstrate/convey this knowledge in a professional/friendly way.

    2. Ordering Restaurant Equipment and Follow up – Writing orders proficiently, keeping track of items on our CRM and following up frequently with customers.

    3. Proactive Phone Service - To be proactive in answering phones, confident in asking questions to qualify accounts and finding the best person to take care of the customer.

    4. Customer Service - Professional and prompt follow up, feedback, moving accurate information quickly and proficiently. Curiosity in positive questions for helpful conversations.

    5. Website Chat - Collaborating with the team lead and being scheduled to watch be at the computer, monitoring the website chat.

    6. Website Equipment Maintenance - Uploading pictures, maintaining pricing, connecting videos, updating descriptions, etc.

    7. Sales Floor - Greeting, qualifying, helping and checking customers out on the sales floor.

    8. Scheduling – Assist with scheduling out single piece deliveries and communication with the Project Operations Specialist.

    9. Internal Communication - Utilizing our internal communication systems, lead follow up system and technology to maximize the open flow of communication through the full sales process to completion. Team collaboration.

    3. Multipart Help (flexibility) - Willingness and eagerness to help where there is help needed. Deliveries, on-site, playing any part if there are vacations, sickness, etc.

    5. Dependability - Prompt, answering phone, follow through when saying yes.

    6. Honesty - In words and deeds. Finding the truth of each situation before moving forward. A wise council.

    Requirements:

    1. Very proficient in MS office Products and typing

    2. Proficient at communication on phone and/or using technology to communicate

    3. Very organized

    4. Process-Oriented

    5. Culinary Experience Preferred

    6. Culinary Degree Preferred
