SponsorUnited looking to expand its Marketing team with a Database Marketing Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, manage, execute and analyze company lead generation campaigns.
• Create, manage, execute and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
• Manage all company databases and communication schedule.
• Develop strategy for increasing company database members.
• Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
• Execute segmentation around brand plans.
• Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Manage data integration between on and offline software programs.
• Carry out daily campaign processes, including start-to-finish scope.
• Schedule and coordinate text and creative content.
• Develop KPIs and analyze campaigns for key metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years database marketing experience in a SaaS company strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a 100% remote, virtual environment
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with reporting and data analysis
• Proficient in marketing automation systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in cross functional groups
• Good time-management skills
