    PARTNERSHIP SALES (BRANDS)

    SponsorUnited looking to expand their partnership sales team with best-in-class candidates, looking to develop and use their sales skills to acquire new BRAND partners for a rapidly growing organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own and drive the full new business development cycle (prospect, prepare, present, close) for new BRAND partnerships.
    • Overall collaboration and participation in ensuring brand integrity and client satisfaction.
    • Communicate effectively between sales, marketing, and operation teams, ensuring a smooth process for business development strategies and new client acquisition.
    • Strive to achieve and exceed individual, company, and department goals and objectives.
    • Work collaboratively with our leadership team and department leads to ensure we have relevant resources necessary to win in the marketplace.
    • Contribute ideas to help improve internal processes and products.
    • Continually build your knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations.
    • Actively manage individual forecasting of BRAND sales to ensure targets are met and exceeded on a monthly basis.
    • Participation and facilitation in all new business sales-related activities including demo preparation, sales meeting preparation, and sales support

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of brand sales experience strongly preferred.
    • Strong network of brand connections who are active in sports & entertainment.
    • Problem solver with sales acumen, client-first mentality.
    • Ability to develop new business and manage sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
    • Experience working with sponsorship and media data, analytics or insights with the ability to tell the story using data points.
    • Salesforce/CRM experience strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
    • A passion for uncovering a client's need, solving it, and closing the deal.
    • Positive attitude with an intense desire to win.
    • Ability to work in a 100% remote, virtual environment.
