    AGENCY AND MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS

    SponsorUnited is expanding its partnership sales team, seeking motivated, self-starter candidates. This professional will develop and apply his/her sales skills to acquire new media and agency partners, contributing to the growth of this expanded business vertical.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Own and drive the full new business development cycle (prospect, prepare, present, close)
    •  Participation in all new business sales-related activities including demo preparation, sales meeting preparation, and sales support
    • Conduct engaging online demonstrations to prospects
    • Overall collaboration and participation in ensuring brand integrity and client satisfaction
    • Maintain high-level weekly outreach expectations.
    • Provide an excellent customer experience for newly acquired partners
    • Communicate effectively between sales, marketing, and operation teams, ensuring a smooth process for business development strategies and new client acquisition
    • Strive to achieve and exceed individual, company, and department goals and objectives
    • Contribute ideas to help improve internal processes and products.
    • Continually build your knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-5 years experience in sales for an agency and/or media organization
    • A relevant network of media and agency professionals preferred
    • Sales acumen, client-first mentality, positive attitude with an intense desire to win
    • Consultative approach toward developing new business and managing the sales process
    • Ability to understand key objectives and identify solutions for media and agency clients
    • Proven track record of exceeding goals
    • Thorough understanding of the sales prospecting process and how clients use prospecting software
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills
    • A passion for uncovering a client's need, solving it, and closing the deal
    • Ability to work in a 100% remote, virtual environment
