Clark Quality Care, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals and families to become Sponsored Residential Providers. This unique opportunity allows you to provide a safe, supportive, family-style home for a child or adolescent while making a lasting impact on their life.
As a Sponsored Residential Provider, you will partner with our professional team to provide daily care, guidance, supervision, and encouragement in a nurturing home environment. Our team provides ongoing support, training, and case coordination to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
Provide a safe, stable, and welcoming home environment.
Offer 24-hour supervision and age-appropriate support.
Encourage independence, positive decision-making, and healthy routines.
Administer medications as prescribed (training provided, if applicable).
Ensure the individual attends medical, dental, therapy, school, and other scheduled appointments.
Transport the individual to approved appointments and community activities, when required.
Prepare nutritious meals and encourage healthy habits.
Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
Maintain respectful communication with Clark Quality Care staff and the individual's support team.
Complete brief daily documentation regarding behaviors, progress, appointments, accomplishments, and any significant events.
Submit required monthly reports in a timely manner.
Promptly report incidents, injuries, illnesses, or other significant concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must successfully pass an extensive criminal background check and all required state clearances.
Must pass Child Protective Services (CPS) screening.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Must be able to meet all Virginia Sponsored Residential Provider requirements.
Must have a clean, safe, and well-maintained home.
Must have a private bedroom available for the individual that includes:
Bed
Dresser
Closet or adequate clothing storage
Must be willing to participate in required training.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Essential Qualities
Caring and patient personality.
Dependable and responsible.
Ability to provide structure while maintaining a family-oriented environment.
Experience working with children, adolescents, foster care, behavioral health, education, healthcare, or human services is helpful but not required.
