Job Summary

We are seeking multiple experienced Sales Specialists to join our team! As a Sponsorship Sales Specialist for our youth sports organization, you will handle communications with current donors, create ways to connect with new and future donors, and aid in building our sponsorship program. In addition, you will work closely with other members of the fundraising team and other departments to ensure our mission is being met, donor databases are being maintained, and the lines of communication between donors and the organization are open. Ideal candidates will have previous fundraising/sales experience or experience working with a nonprofit organization, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Work closely with other leaders and fundraisers to bring awareness to our organization

Connect with current and potential donors, representing our organization and mission

Assist with the creation and implementation of new fundraising efforts or events to generate interest in the mission

Maintain donor databases

Qualifications

Previous sales or fundraising experience desired

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

Ability to demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communication

Strong problem-solving skills
