As seen on Shark Tank! Spoonful of Comfort simmers up gift packages featuring handcrafted soup. Warm, thoughtful, and delightfully personal, our ready-to-eat meals are like sending love by the ladle. Inspired by the soup I wanted to mail to my mom when she was battling cancer, Spoonful of Comfort is the perfect get-well gift, housewarming, and care package. We are a rapidly growing company based in Salt Lake City.

ABOUT YOU

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be representing and championing our customer's needs. The following is what we believe is required to do this job well:

• You Absolutely Love Interacting With People. We're looking for someone who genuinely likes helping people with their problems and making each interaction a comforting experience

• Stellar Communication Skills. Your main job is communicating (and problem solving) with our customers. As such, this position requires strength in both verbal and written communication skills

• Positive Attitude. We want you to enjoy your job! A great attitude will help you fit in with our encouraging, fun & highly interactive team

• Technical Experience. You must be comfortable on a computer. You don't need a computer science degree, but being comfortable and willing to learn new things, like navigating our (super easy) backend system, is important

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a full-time position. The hourly wage is starting at $16. We are looking for someone who is willing to work the Mon-Fri time slot. Your daily tasks consist of answering phone calls, replying to emails, and creating a superior experience for our customers.
