As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be representing and championing our customer's needs. The following is what we believe is required to do this job well:
· YOU ABSOLUTELY LOVE INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE. We're looking for someone who genuinely likes helping people with their problems and making each interaction a comforting experience
· STELLAR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Your main job is communicating (and problem-solving) with our customers. As such, this position requires strength in both verbal and written communication skills
· POSITIVE ATTITUDE. We want you to enjoy your job! A great attitude will help you fit in with our encouraging, fun & highly interactive team
· TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE. You must be comfortable on a computer. You don't need a computer science degree, but being comfortable and willing to learn new things, like navigating our (super easy) backend system, is important
ABOUT THE JOB
In this position, full-time and part-time seasonal roles are available starting at $16/hour. We have multiple openings and are looking for candidates who are willing to work different shifts throughout the week and on weekends, including flex hours. Our office is based in Salt Lake City, UT.
Your daily tasks consist of answering phone calls, replying to emails, and creating a superior experience for our customers. In short, if you have a strong work ethic, an upbeat attitude, and want to help send comfort nationwide, we would love to hear from you!
