    Position Title: Recruiting/Talent Sourcer

    Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team and manage the first stage of the recruiting process. The Talent Sourcer will achieve staffing objectives by using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.     The Talent Sourcer will work with the Grand Opening team with a select market of stores to proactively search for potential hires to fill current and future job openings for Salon Hair Stylists, Coordinators, and Managers.

    Utilize sourcing techniques to attract quality candidates and build a consistent candidate pool.

    Manage an advertising budget.

    Establish effective recruiting strategies and identify creative recruiting methods to source qualified candidates with a heavy focus on candidate generation.

    Utilize established Artificial Intelligence (AI) recruitment technology with daily candidate interaction and follow up.

    Partner with assigned stores to ensure results-oriented solutions for short and long-term staffing needs, based on headcount and budget.

    Build and maintain strong working relationships to meet store recruitment needs.

    Strong client focus and continuous improvement; develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer with cost-containment efforts.

    Solicit feedback from stores concerning “satisfaction level” and adjust performance/staffing strategy according to the feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Remain compliant with policies, processes, and legal guidelines.

    Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on job boards and social media.

    Manage, market, and source candidates via industry database tools.

    Engage in social media and additional recruitment tools to build campaigns, market roles, and attract passive and active candidates.

    Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the process.

    Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, beauty schools, employment agencies, media, job fairs, trade associations, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, making presentations; and maintaining rapport.

    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

    Additional responsibilities as assigned and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    Physical Demands: Position requires extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone, occasionally standing for periods of time, lifting up to 25 lbs., and walking.

    Travel: 10% or less

    Education and Experience:

    3 years of corporate and or search firm sourcing experience.

    Bachelor's degree or related experience.

    Experience building/using sourcing plans and tools, including phone and internet research.

    Applicant Tracking experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

    Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office.
