    We are looking for a Construction Manager! Here at Sport Clips, we call that position our Store Development and Support Manager.

    The primary purpose of the Store Development and Support Manager position is to provide construction management support, supplier management, product development/testing, internal systems support and supervision for Sport Clips, Inc. (SCI), cross-functional coordination/supporting franchise location development (specifically to both franchisees & other departments within SCI), company store openings, company stores maintenance, and remodel support.

    The individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure locations open according to specified timelines and scope meeting brand requirements while evaluating current standards and existing suppliers to maintain excellence in brand image and supply chain.

    Key Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Related construction or logistics experience: 3-5 years preferred

    The capacity to build and maintain strong working relationships with multi-unit franchise owners, key suppliers, and brand support is essential

    Analytical project management, construction management, budget/cost management experience

    Ability to work well in a team environment

    Strong organization and planning skills

    Ability to be resourceful and take initiative

    Excellent customer focus

    Keen negotiation and conflict management skills

    Strong functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform the job at a high level
