Job Title: Flag Football Coordinator

Impact & Purpose As a Lead Coordinator, you are the face of i9 Sports in our community. You will leverage your leadership experience to mentor volunteer coaches and ensure every family receives a high-quality experience rooted in our 9 core values—including Integrity, Inclusion, and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Mentorship: Act as a primary resource for volunteer coaches, providing the guidance and tools they need to succeed.

Operational Leadership: Oversee game-day operations with a focus on safety, organization, and a "fun-first" atmosphere.

Conflict Resolution: Expertly manage on-field dynamics with parents and participants, ensuring a positive environment for all.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, to effectively interact with coaches, parents, and participants.

Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge to provide valuable guidance and support to volunteer coaches.

Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to dynamic situations.

Strong ability to build professional relationships and create a positive team-oriented atmosphere.

Flexibility to work all scheduled Saturdays of the season.

Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check to ensure the safety of all participants
