Are you a natural leader with a background in football, soccer, or baseball? Do you love working with people and helping kids grow through sports? i9 Sports is looking for an energetic, organized, and community-minded Sports Coordinator to oversee our flag football, soccer, and T-Ball programs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering a positive, well-run youth sports experience for families.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support volunteer coaches to ensure practices and games are fun, safe, and skill-focused

Build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches

Oversee all aspects of game-day operations — from set-up to smooth execution

Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive competition

Serve as the sport specific on-site leader who can adapt, solve problems, and create a great experience for every family

What You Bring

Background in football, soccer, and/or baseball

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to motivate and mentor others

Confidence to take charge and make decisions when needed

A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings during our ~7-week seasons

Must have previous leadership experience
