Sportradar is a sports technology company and the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data to reimagine how fans experience sports.

Our Sports Media Team is seeking a passionate Software Engineer who loves to solve problems and build cloud-native solutions, and excels on cross-functional teams of talented peers.    What does the Sports Media Team work on?

We build platforms and products that collect, curate, distribute, analyze, and personalize sports data and content.

We have exclusive data rights with top leagues like MLB, NBA, NHL, and NASCAR where we own the rights to data coming from the stadium (even player tracking and optical tracking data). For other leagues/sports like NFL, NCAA Basketball, NCAA Football, Golf, and more, we build custom tooling used by our scouting network. We pride ourselves on delivering the fastest and most accurate live game data on the market, and the systems our team builds make that possible.    Through our Sports APIs, we empower developers from thousands of customers like Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook, The Score, Bleacher Report, and many more, to create their own products powered by our data.    With our Analytics Products and Broadcast Solutions, we empower storytellers from Fox Sports, Bally Sports, CBS Sports, NBC Sports, and more, to create storylines around the game action and to create the broadcast seen by millions of fans on TV. For example, if you watch the World Series, Super Bowl or just your team playing on TV, and wonder how the announcers know all those stats and storylines, and how they power all those graphic overlays, well, that is our doing.
