About the Role:

Join MADISON RACQUET & SWIM CLUB LLC as a Sports Camp Counselor and make a lasting impact on young athletes! This exciting position offers the chance to inspire and mentor children while fostering a love for sports and teamwork in a fun, engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily sports activities for campers aged 6-14.

Provide instruction in various sports, including tennis, swimming, and team games.

Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among campers.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.

Plan and implement engaging games and competitions.

Communicate effectively with parents about camper progress and behavior.

Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities in top condition.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a camp or sports setting.

Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques.

Current CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about youth sports.

Must be available for the entire camp duration.

Background check required prior to employment.
