Qualifications: • Real Estate License required. • Experience in luxury real estate sales, with a focus on high-profile clients. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, entertainers, and industry contacts. • Proven track record of negotiating high-value transactions with integrity and client focus. • Strong understanding of market trends and property values in the Richmond, VA area. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. • Ability to create and execute tailored marketing strategies for luxury properties. • Licensed real estate professional or actively working towards obtaining a real estate license in Virginia. Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
