Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller leads • Build rapport quickly through calls, texts, and email communication • Understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate team member • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions • Provide regular updates and support throughout the buying or selling process • Contribute to a smooth and positive client experience Qualifications: • Real Estate License required or in progress • Strong people skills and natural relationship-building ability • High emotional intelligence and customer service orientation • Excellent phone etiquette and email writing skills • Commission-based opportunity with upside earning potential Compensation: $121,300 - $236,300 yearly
