We sell the latest styles of hats, jerseys, T-shirts and just about everything else you can imagine with your favorite team logo. We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative with strong communication skills and a positive attitude that can make customers feel welcome at our North County Mall store in Escondido.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products and pricing
• Receiving, pricing and stocking products
• Merchandising products to sell
• Stay up-to-date with new products/service
• Maintain a clean and organized store with a professional atmosphere
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

SKILLS

• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Point of sale experience - basic math skills for customer transactions
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience
