Could you be our next Sports Marketing Coordinator? **** Globe Life is looking for a Sports Marketing Coordinator to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and executing of sports marketing advertising, onsite activation, and sports related events for Globe Life. This dynamic individual ensures creative, event specific, attendee experiences. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent project management and communication skills, and have a deep understanding of sports marketing strategies. The Sports Marketing Coordinator adjusts event strategies based on feedback and available resources for our various campaigns.
This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas ( WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday) .
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with the Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Atlanta Braves, and Frisco RoughRiders.
- Manage relationships with key contacts within each sports organization.
- Assist in developing and executing sponsorship activations and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics for sports-related events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Analyze and report on marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sports marketing.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the sports sector.
What You Can Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sports marketing or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Passion for sports and understanding of sports marketing trends.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and promotions.
