    Position Overview

    We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven individual to build relationships within the youth sports community and drive local and national sales. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on getting into gyms, training facilities, and youth sports organizations.

    This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable walking into facilities, building relationships, and creating new opportunities from the ground up.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales

    Visit local gyms, training facilities, and youth sports organizations

    Introduce Play Pits and secure small wholesale or retail partnerships

    Set up locations to carry and sell Play Pits products

    Community & Relationship Building

    Build relationships with gym owners, coaches, and program directors

    Maintain ongoing relationships with partner locations

    Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts

    Partnership Development (Local)

    Identify and help establish partnerships with local leagues, camps, and programs

    Support brand presence at events, practices, or community activations

    Pipeline Development

    Identify larger partnership opportunities and report them to leadership

    Help open doors for future regional or national partnerships

    What Success Looks Like

    New locations consistently opening and carrying Play Pits

    Strong relationships with local gyms and sports organizations

    Increased brand visibility within the youth sports community

    Consistent pipeline of new opportunities

    Qualifications

    Experience in sales, fitness, sports, or community-based roles preferred

    Background in athletics, coaching, or youth sports is a strong plus

    Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building

    Self-motivated and able to work independently

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent

    Reliable transportation (this is a field-based role)

    Schedule & Compensation

    Part-time: 20–25 hours per week

    Field-based role (local travel required)

    Hourly: $21–$25/hour (based on experience)

    Performance-based bonuses for each new account or partnership secured

    Important Note

    This is a primarily field-based, relationship-driven role, with approximately 70–80% of time spent visiting gyms, training facilities, and youth sports organizations. The remaining time will be spent in-office supporting outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with the team
