Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging group fitness programs tailored to various skill levels.
Conduct performance assessments to track progress and set individual goals.
Lead high-intensity training sessions that promote teamwork and motivation.
Provide ongoing feedback and support to participants to enhance their training experience.
Maintain a safe and clean training environment in accordance with company standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive community culture among athletes and clients.
Stay updated on the latest sports performance trends and methodologies.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance program offerings.
Requirements:
Certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor with relevant experience.
Passion for sports performance and a strong understanding of training principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire clients.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
