Sports Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

You will be treating patients with sports related injuries and also standard orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Work directly with patients to maximize physical recovery.
• Evaluate therapy effectiveness and track patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR.
• Educate and communicate with patients in a compassionate manner.
• Facilitate safe and effective return-to-life planning.

Qualifications
