Ultimate Autographs, a sports memorabilia company, is looking for a Production Specialist to join our team in our Burr Ridge, IL office. This opportunity is part time Monday through Friday with an estimated 30 hours per week. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about enhancing the customer experience within the sports memorabilia industry. We are seeking a critical thinker that is authentic, tenacious, selfless, possesses a unique ability, and is on the ball. This candidate will work collaboratively with multiple business functions in a team environment.

As our Production Coordinator, you'll ensure the accuracy and quality of our products as you prepare them for sales. You'll help showcase our incredible sports memorabilia, interact with colleagues, and help make each broadcast an unforgettable experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

Preparing Product for Sales: You'll be part of the operations team and will prepare our memorabilia for sale. You will box and package our autographed sports memorabilia into Mystery Boxes that will be sold through our “live break” streams on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, TikTok and Fanatics Live.

Taking Photos and Videos: You have an eye for detail and will photograph and take videos of our memorabilia for use in graphics, advertisements and social media.

Editing: Proofread graphics for spelling and accuracy before they are posted on our website, used in advertisements, and social media posts.

Promotions and Giveaways: Work with on-air staff and marketing teams to coordinate promotions and giveaways that are often included within our Mystery Box series.

Inventory Analysis and Reporting: Monitor production supply levels to ensure that we always have sufficient supplies to continue production. This includes monthly counts of unsold Mystery Boxes, as well as products that have been pulled from inventory but not yet physically built. Update Mystery Box (unsold) inventory at month end for financials with the appropriate information and data.

Qualifications:

You must live within driving distance to Burr Ridge, IL.

Ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to improvise and think on your feet.

Strong organizational skills to manage processes and ensure an uninterrupted flow of products.

Working practical knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets
