SPORTSMANTS IS LOOKING TO HIRE A SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THE SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING, PLANNING, EXECUTING, AND EVALUATING SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL CONTENT, ADVERTISING, CAMPAIGNS, AND PROGRAMS AS SPORTSMANTS'S VOICE. THIS POSITION REQUIRES DATA-DRIVEN DECISION-MAKING TO BEST POSITION CONTENT, TELL PERSUASIVE STORIES, AND USE REAL-TIME INSIGHTS TO REALIZE APPROPRIATE AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT, REACH, AND GROWTH.
RESPONSIBILITIES
WRITE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN WRITTEN AND VISUAL CONTENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA SITES.
CREATE VOICES FOR EACH PLATFORM THAT ARE APPROPRIATE, ON-TONE, AND ENGAGING.
MONITORING, POSTING AND ENGAGING IN DISCUSSIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPORTSMANTS 'S ENGAGEMENT APPROACH AND SOCIAL MEDIA POLICIES.
CONNECT WITH THE APPROPRIATE SPORTSMANTS DEPARTMENT / PERSON TO ANSWER INCOMING QUESTIONS IN A TIMELY AND THOUGHTFUL MANNER.
REVIEW AND INCORPORATE CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES THAT HELP PUBLISHING SCHEDULES ACROSS ALL FORMATS AND NETWORKS.
CARRY OUT DIGITAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS AND ONLINE PAID ADVERTISING TO ENDORSE ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES.
ANALYZE AND REPORT ACTIVELY AND CONTROL DATA TO AFFECT COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES.
USING INSIGHTS TO OPTIMIZE CONTENT, TAGS, KEYWORDS, NAMES, AND OTHER RELATED SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION AND BEST PRACTICE ALGORITHMS.
Qualifications
BACHELOR'S DEGREE PREFERRED, MAJOR IN MARKETING OR COMMUNICATIONS PREFERRED; SOCIAL MARKETING, SOCIAL MEDIA, DIGITAL MARKETING AN ASSET
EXPERIENCE IN USING CONTENT MANAGEMENT TOOLS
GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF DATA, SOCIAL METRICS, AND REPORTING TO SUPPORT BEST-PRACTICE COMMUNICATION STRATEGY AND PLANNING
STRONG CORPORATE WRITING SKILLS WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF BRAND GUIDELINES
SELF-CONFIDENT AND STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
