• Pay is $16.50/hour (raise upon hire at ~90 days)

Required Skills for Spot Welder:

• Proven experience operating spot welding equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures

• Skilled in measuring and inspecting welded components for accuracy and quality

• Comfortable working with metal materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols
