    Job Description

    We are partnering with a terrific company in the behavioral healthcare arena that is seeking a HRIS Analyst! This is your opportunity to be the subject matter expert in the HR relationship management system. You would be instrumental in continuously evolving, manage and deliver to various internal business partners and decision makers high quality data. This would be done by ensuring a strong operating HR system exists, key information being provided to drive strategic decisions and optimizing the data for the HR team.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    -  Enrich electronic files to ensure data integrity

    -  Participates in the testing of upgrades, patches/fixes, new applications or modules and program/interface changes that affect the Company HR systems

    •  Partner with HR team to roll-out business process enhancements and improvements

    -  Drive consistency in the information being entered, reported and used to drive decisions through performance metrics back to leadership

    As the successful candidate you will have 2-4 years of HR or HRIS experience. In addition, previous experience with generating, reviewing and analyzing reports, and it is key to have shown strength in working with a HRIS. Experience and strong comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and being able to translate the data into a story to share with others to help identify areas of process improvement.
