WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Our account management team is the backbone of the company, ensuring that all of our thousands of customers are happy, see value in the service and, most importantly, see a ton more revenue! We're looking for new team members who are friendly, high empathy and high energy. We exclusively work with local bars and restaurants, so being a foodie is a plus! The perfect job for recent college grads to get into tech and begin their career.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Handle all aspects of the onboarding process for 10-15 new customers each month

• Conduct demos of the platform and answer questions

• Handle inbound emails/tickets from your customers

• Schedule photoshoots

• Work with the customer and the design team on their new websites

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Full time

• $40,000 - $50,000 total compensation (base + commission)
