Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary
Communicates with clients and field technicians via inbound and outbound phone calls and email. Supports management to meet the company’s objectives and ensure the best possible service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Identifying client service requests and creating the needed estimates or work orders in CRM system.
Receiving and addressing client concerns/issues through incoming phone calls and other means.
Assisting with Technician support calls coming from the field.
Make calls to clients for various purposes such as reminders, follow-up, verify receipt of quotes, etc.
Perform email and/or phone surveys.
Acquire data and complete reports in a timely manner.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
Willingness to give and receive feedback to improve your and the company's performance.
Well-organized and detail orientation.
Ability to multi-task and work independently to solve problems.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) strongly preferred.
