As a Service Leader at Spotless Window Cleaning & SoftWash Company, you will:

Learn technical field service skills and 5-star customer service from the ground-up

Your Role on Our Team:

Lead teams of 2-3 into the field by driving a company-owned vehicle and delivering a 5-star customer experience

Perform high-quality window cleaning & pressure washing services

Ensure proper inspection, use, and maintenance of company equipment

Use electronic system for daily communication with customers and collection of payment

Demonstrate leadership in daily application of industry safety standards

Gain exposure to other areas of the business, including project management, operations management, customer service, and sales & business development to help set a long-term career path with our growing company

Key Qualifications:

Some field service experience (1-2 years) is preferred but not required (e.g., window cleaning, pressure washing, landscape, maintenance, roofing, etc.)

Ability to travel out of down, from time to time (serious plus)

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Ability to pass third party criminal background check

Positive, can-do attitude

Self-discipline and ability to work independently

High attention to detail

Motivated by learning and career growth

Clear and proactive communication skills

Willing to work in a physically demanding role (may include lifting heavy equipment, working on your feet for extended periods of time outdoors, etc.)
