Your Role on Our Team:

Perform window cleaning and pressure washing services on commercial buildings, including high-rise

Demonstrate leadership in daily application of industry safety standards

Ensure proper inspection, use, and maintenance of company equipment

Use electronic system to review work orders and maintain proper company records on the jobsite

Key Qualifications:

Experience in commercial window cleaning or pressure washing is a must, which may include: aerial lift certification, use of rope descent systems (RDS), knowledge of industry safety standards, operation of extension and/or water-fed poles, and advanced knowledge of window cleaning & pressure washing techniques.

Ability to travel out of town (required)

Ability to pass third party criminal background check (required)

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (preferred, not required)

Positive, can-do attitude

Self-discipline and ability to work independently

High attention to detail

Motivated by learning and career growth

Clear and proactive communication skills

Willing to work in a physically demanding role (may include lifting heavy equipment, working on your feet for extended periods of time outdoors, etc.)
