As a Team Lead at Spotless Window Cleaning & SoftWash Company, you will learn technical skills and customer service from the ground-up. Your Role on Our Team:

Lead crews into the field and enthusiastically interact with residential and commercial customers

Precisely execute our systems to deliver 5-star window cleaning and pressure washing services

Master the job’s technical requirements, including use of CRM software, equipment operation, customer interaction, service technique, and job safety

Over time, gain exposure to other areas of the business, including project management, operations management, customer service, and sales & business development to help set a long-term career path with our growing company

Has one or more years of field service or customer service experience, although this is not a requirement
