POSITION DESCRIPTION
Spotlight Events, Inc. is an employee-owned National Dance Competition company with a focus on excellence in everything we do; our culture is inclusive and inspiring. Travel is a requirement and candidate should expect, on average, 8-12 travel assignments throughout the year, the bulk of which will occur during our in-season of January – July.
We are seeking an energetic and responsible candidate with superior customer service skills to oversee the inventory and replenishment of our stockroom and guide the team of Sales Associates at our competitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail operations, with emphasis on inventory control and replenishment and be accustomed to working in a highly collaborative and communicative team environment. This position is a hybrid role with office hours and on-event duties (working the Spotlight Boutique at our dance competitions).
