Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Landscape Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from intimate senior living/memory gardens to expansive multi-family developments and everything in between. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring creative and sustainable design solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop innovative landscape designs for various projects, including senior living/memory gardens, golf courses, playgrounds, country club pools and amenities, multi-family developments, institutional projects, and master planning initiatives.
• Prepare detailed design plans, renderings, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site analysis and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate landscape architecture into larger site plans and architectural designs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and expectations, and present design proposals and progress updates.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate the successful implementation of landscape designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and best practices.
• Experience working on a variety of project types, including senior living/memory gardens, golf courses, playgrounds, country club pools and amenities, multi-family developments, institutional projects, and master planning initiatives.
