    INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY - NEW REAL ESTATE AGENTS WANTED ~no experience needed~ Realistically earn $75,000+ in the first 12 months! Have you ever considered going into Real Estate but scared to jump into a 100% commission position? The current model of becoming a real estate agent is broken. Did you know 87% of all agents fail or have to quit because of this model? Do you know why it’s broken? The answer is simple, new agents don’t have 6 months' worth of living & business expenses to survive while learning the in’s and out’s to be successful agents.  So we have created a salary based training program to help lower the failure rate and stack the odds in your favor of becoming a successful real estate agent. You’ll be in the middle of the action with Kansas City’s top-performing agents- gaining first-hand experience of what it takes to earn a 6 figure income.  Upon completion of training and key performance milestones, you will transition to a full time buyers agent earning a 6+ figure income a year. You will be supported by a highly leveraged team including your own showing partner, transaction coordinator, a full pipeline of clients, and appointments set by our inside sales team. Responsibilities: • Help grow relationships with past and current clients through our CRM  • Working on CRM- setting up campaigns, home searches and follow up (training) • Communicate with current clients face to face and deliver documents • Delivering Earnest Money Deposits for buyers • Opening doors for Vendors & Inspectors while taking notes and giving prompt feedback to agent and buyers • Assist buyers and buyer agents with showings of homes- all while analyzing the needs and wants of the clients and interpreting today’s real estate market • Generate business from your own efforts- including working your sphere on a regular basis Qualifications: • Kansas and/or Missouri License • Proficiency in email, text and typing along with PC and Macintosh systems • Be highly organized and can help organize us and our business • Avid reader, learner, and self-developer • Reliable transportation • Laptop to bring to work every day while out of the office  • Good working phone capable of unlimited call and text • You will not stay in one place for long, so capable of using WIFI on the go while at other locations through hotspot on phone, iPad, or portable WIFI • Flexible • Ambitious Compensation: $36,000 - $75,000 yearly at plan
