    Position Summary

    We are looking for a Spray Foam Sprayer / Technician Level 2 to join our growing insulation team. This mid-level role is ideal for a motivated technician with 1–3 years of spray foam experience who is ready to take on more responsibility in the field. You will perform high-quality spray foam applications, assist with blow-in insulation jobs, support the Operations Leader, and deliver excellent customer service on every job site.

    Key Responsibilities

    Spray Foam Application & Technical Duties

    Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation using industry-standard equipment

    Prepare job sites, mask and protect surfaces, and ensure proper substrate conditions before spraying

    Operate spray foam rigs, proportioners, hoses, and guns safely and efficiently

    Assist with rig setup, material loading, and daily equipment maintenance

    Perform accurate mixing, temperature control, and pressure monitoring during applications

    Clean and maintain spray equipment, guns, and hoses after each job

    Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to the Lead Sprayer

    Blow-In Insulation & General Insulation Work

    Install blown-in (loose-fill) insulation in attics, walls, and other areas as needed

    Operate blow-in machines, hoses, and related equipment safely

    Operate high power insulation vacuum equipment safely

    Calculate and manage proper insulation depths and densities

    Assist with other insulation-related tasks as directed by the Lead Sprayer

    Job Site & Safety Responsibilities

    Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and confined space procedures

    Maintain a clean and organized job site before, during, and after projects

    Work effectively as part of a small crew under the direction of the Operations Leader / Lead Sprayer

    Customer Service Duties

    Represent the company professionally on every job site

    Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners, builders, and project managers

    Answer basic customer questions about the insulation process and materials

    Help ensure a positive customer experience from arrival to project completion

    Assist with final job site walkthroughs and cleanup to meet customer expectations

    Other Duties as Assigned

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Experience: 1–3 years in spray foam application (Level 2 or equivalent)

    OSHA 10 Certified

    SPFA Spray Foam Certifications (preferred but not required)

    Hands-on knowledge of open-cell and closed-cell spray foam systems

    Experience with blown-in (loose-fill) insulation installation is strongly preferred

    Familiarity with common spray foam equipment (Graco, Gusmer, or equivalent)

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Ability to pass background check and drug screening

    Good physical condition – able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

    Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

    Preferred Skills

    Previous experience working on a spray foam crew

    Basic understanding of building science and insulation best practices

    Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment maintenance

    Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset

    Willingness to learn and grow into a future leadership role
