We are seeking a permanent Spray Foam Technician to join our team in Westlake, OH. The ideal candidate will provide reliable, high-quality customer support while managing installations, upgrades, and additions.

Individuals with experience in construction field and or knowledgeable in the spray foam industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Spray Foam Application & Equipment Operation

Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in homes and commercial buildings.

Operate and maintain spray foam rigs and equipment with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Conduct site assessments to prepare for installation, including masking, taping, and area protection.

Deliver exceptional customer support and service

Maintain necessary truck stock/inventory with the warehouse team

Perform installations, upgrades, and additions

Manage and oversee crew and job completion from start to finish

Utilize technical resources and materials effectively

Monitor and ensure progress and completion of tasks

Complete and submit required documentation in a timely manner

Perform scheduled or routine preventive maintenance on equipment systems

Inspect, adjust, clean, and calibrate systems as needed

Complete other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic

Experience in managing crews and projects

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.

Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.

Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.

Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
