This position is available to a highly self-motivated person who can adjust to the changing environment of commercial construction.

Apply elastomeric, silicone and paint coatings to roofs and other surfaces using spraying equipment and techniques.

Prepare surfaces thoroughly before coating application, ensuring proper cleaning, priming and masking as necessary.

Some metal work ( z bar, scuppers etc.)

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Maintain and report issues with equipment, trucks, crew etc.
