We are Spray Marketing, a direct-to-expert digital marketing agency for growth-stage companies, go-to-market startups, and small to medium-size businesses looking for data-driven execution. We are seeking a talented performance and growth marketing coordinator and assistant to the Founder. This role will focus primarily on administrative duties and hand-ons experience in the core areas of digital marketing including paid acquisition, mobile app marketing, lead gen marketing, go-to-market strategy, as well as reporting. This role is based in Brooklyn, New York.
Need to have the ability to work flexible hours, about 10-20 hours a week depending
The day-to-day:
- Administrative duties for the founder of Spray Marketing such as
- Record notes and messages for the employer
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
- Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling
- Work with the founder of Spray Marketing to help track and monitor Marketing spend across all channels
- Assist with pulling reports for clients and writing weekly performance marketing summaries
- Additional projects based on interests and skill set
- Help build & launch campaigns across online channels, not limited to: Paid Search, Display, Social Media, SEO management, Email Marketing
- Help manage the Daily Task Calendar, Client Experimentation Calendars and Client Project Calendars
The experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Detail-oriented, data-focused, enjoys math and statistics
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Hustle is essential, you move quickly and execute to allow for continual iteration
- Clear communicator
- General understanding of the Paid Search Landscape and how to improve on important ROI metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, etc.)
- Some knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, etc.
- Advanced Skills within Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
