    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spray-On Bedliner Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing truck beds and applying our Mil-Spec Spray bedliner coating using a high-pressure plural-component spray system. This position is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and understands the importance of safety, consistency, and equipment care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare truck beds and other surfaces for spray application (masking, sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed)

    Operate the Graco EXP-2 Reactor and related equipment for applying spray-on bedliner coatings

    Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirators and coveralls

    Mix and manage A and B resin materials used in the spray process (similar to spray foam technology)

    Maintain and troubleshoot the spray system and related tools

    Ensure consistent spray texture, thickness, and finish quality

    Keep work areas clean and organized

    Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed

    Follow all safety protocols and procedures

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience in spray-on bedliners, polyurea or polyurethane foam spraying, or automotive coatings

    Experience using Graco or similar plural-component equipment

    Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    Willingness to learn and follow processes consistently

    Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

    Valid driver’s license
