    REQUIREMENTS

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive the roadmap to streamline, standardize, and strengthen performance, reliability, robustness and scalability across the company, inclusive of experience in capacity planning, budgeting, professional staff development and scaling organizations in a high-growth, multi-location shared services model
    • Design, gather and analyze metrics to drive improvement across all IT processes
    • Manage multiple IT projects and deliver end-results on time and on budget
    • Establish, implement and evaluate information systems policies and procedures, including documentation
    • Support, communicate and reinforce the mission, values, philosophy and culture of the organization
    • Manage, establish, and maintain working relationships with vendors/suppliers to ensure quality, best pricing, delivery and timeliness
    • Interface with leaders across every department to understand and improve effectiveness and create business value and efficiency for our employees and patients
    • Build, scale, manage, and mentor a dynamic technology team that includes helpdesk, system/network administration and business systems development
    • Partner closely with the Facilities team for Moves/Adds/Changes & coordination of new facility builds

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Comfortable supporting a mixed cloud-first environment (Office 365, Ring Central, Azure, Intune, Cloudprint, Salesforce, etc.) with legacy systems (Electronic Medical Records, Revenue Cycle Management), leveraging technology to provide the best possible experience for our patients
    • Experience designing and leading IT resources, budgets and return on investment analysis
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication in conjunction with training skills
    • Significant experience growing and leading IT helpdesk, site support, and operations functions across multiple locations
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of internal staff and vendors
    • Passion and experience for metrics, reporting, analytics and accountability
    • Ability to handle multiple, concurrent priorities in a 24x7 environment where our systems are mission critical to delivering patient care
    • Ability to create and maintain SOP and plan disaster recover mitigation
    • Familiar with PC, Mac, and has a networking background
    • Experience with enterprise-class infrastructure and systems, including: Active Directory, MDM, SSO, MFA, Cisco, Firewalls, VPN, Video conferencing, hosted data center environments and Electronic Medical Record Systems (a plus)
    • Proven record of supporting a high-growth, multi-location, 7 day a week enterprise from 200 500+ users in a scalable and efficient manner
    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited 4-year institution
    • Comfortable managing a team of 10 or more

    This position can be based in one of our Bay Area locations (Oakland, San Francisco, Sunnyvale), with travel expected between all our Bay Area sites on a regular basis and up to 20% travel to our other locations (out of state)
