REQUIREMENTS

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR CALL CENTER RECEPTIONIST...

The Call Center Receptionist role is vital to providing exceptional service. The position demands an individual who takes pride in speaking with patients, provides highly personalized care and is patient and professional with all phone interactions. This position provides direct assistance to patients, providers, and pharmacies to ensure proper routing of phone calls. The Call Center Phone Receptionist speaks to all callers in a warm and confident manner and provides courteous and compassionate service.

SOME DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provides courteous and compassionate service when answering phones
• Transfers calls or takes messages as necessary
• Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns
• Remains calm and effective in an emergency or in high pressure situations
• Able to manage a flexible work schedule which may include weekends and holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
• Must be able to work well independently
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft office
• Additional spoken languages preferred, but not required
