    We are looking for energetic, driven, dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team and grow with us.

    The incumbent will provide our business partners with award-winning customer service. We are looking for individuals to manage multiple contact channels simultaneously, phone calls, email, and chat. The right candidate will have an infectious personality, a desire to engage in meaningful conversation, the ability to think critically on-his/her-feet, and a passion for genuinely helping others. Having a love for shoes is a bonus!

We are not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we are searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help the customer find the right products, set up their accounts, track down orders and get creative with solutions.     What You will Do:

    • Engage directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics ranging from helping them shop for a new pair of shoes, to finding that perfect accessory, or even problem-solving when everything doesn't go as planned.
    • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues.
    • Operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy and kindness to customers and team members alike.
    • Addressing concerns and problems in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each case from beginning to end and using resources to execute.
    • Ensure all customers’ escalations are handled properly or passed along to reporting manager when required. Follow through on all requests with all levels of the organization.

    What You Will Need:

    • Minimum 2 years of direct to customer service experience; shoe retail knowledge is a plus.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Superior communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
    • Superb interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • PC proficiency, including MS Office and Google Suites-Word, Excel & Outlook
    • Experience with Gorgias, Shopify or any other customer service platform a plus
    • Previous call center experience is a plus.
    • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to adapt, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
    • Extremely organized and detail oriented, with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
