THE MARKETING COORDINATOR is responsible for managing the executional aspects of all digital and print production as well as internal/external photo shoots. In terms of print and digital production, manages production of all catalogs, trade show banners, packaging, inserts, mailers, direct mail, branded collateral, POP, business cards:

• Timeline and project management
• Work with graphic artists on design process
• Managing print + digital production bidding process
• As needed, attend production run color checks

For internal/external photo shoots, this role is responsible for all elements of shoot production: identifying photographers, models, digital technicians, stylists, hair/makeup (bidding, contracts, usage), location scouting, props, sample requests, transportation, meals, etc.

In addition, the Marketing Coordinator overseas all aspects of the marketing calendar and its coordination. This role works directly with the VP of Marketing, assisting with the identification of priorities, and providing cross-functional collaboration within the team and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited institution; may substitute comparable work experience in lieu of degree
• Prior experience in wholesale apparel or footwear preferred
• 2-3+ years of demonstrated skills in project management and coordination
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a diverse group
• Prior knowledge and work experience with both print and digital production; familiarity with the print production bidding process
• Highly organized and detail oriented
