THE MARKETING COORDINATOR is responsible for managing the executional aspects of all digital and print production as well as internal/external photo shoots. In terms of print and digital production, manages production of all catalogs, trade show banners, packaging, inserts, mailers, direct mail, branded collateral, POP, business cards:
For internal/external photo shoots, this role is responsible for all elements of shoot production: identifying photographers, models, digital technicians, stylists, hair/makeup (bidding, contracts, usage), location scouting, props, sample requests, transportation, meals, etc.
In addition, the Marketing Coordinator overseas all aspects of the marketing calendar and its coordination. This role works directly with the VP of Marketing, assisting with the identification of priorities, and providing cross-functional collaboration within the team and other departments.
