    We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! At Spring Touch Lawn and Pest Control, smooth processes and systems are the key to our success. We’re looking for an office administrator who has excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to keep us thriving. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. The office administrator will provide strong, reliable support for operations by completing and communicating with the management team. This person will also help us achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive work environment.

    Office Administrator Position Summary:

    The Office Administrator will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Administrator is responsible for data entry, production, streamlining administrative procedures, processing payments, and customer service. The successful office assistant will need to be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently.

    Office Administrator Responsibilities:

    Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including production and data entry.

    Process customer transactions and assist customers with account inquiries.

    Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.

    Partner with the management team to maintain office policies as necessary.

    Provide general support to customers, visitors, and vendors

    Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing spreadsheets for the office, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.

    Data entry includes scanning daily invoices/transactions and maintaining customer records and entering important information.

    Provide excellent customer service to customers.

    Office Administrator Requirements and Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field a plus

    2+ years of experience in an office administration role preferred

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Knowledge of generally accepted financial principles.

    Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and as part of a team

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    Detail-oriented and able to multitask

    Compensation:

    We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

    Compensation Rate: $20.00 per/hour
