    Executive Home Care (EHC) in Conway, AR is growing, and we’re looking for Companion Caregivers who want meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and the chance to truly brighten someone’s day. If you’re someone who loves conversation, connection, and caring for others, this role might be a perfect fit.

    Our caregivers provide non-medical, in-home companionship and personal care to clients throughout Faulkner County, with shifts available in multiple towns and communities.

    We are currently seeking caregivers who can work:

    12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

    Daytime shifts ranging from 4–6 hours, depending on client needs

    Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

    What You’ll Do

    Spend quality time with clients through conversation, reading, games, hobbies, or simply being present

    Provide companionship and assistance with errands, appointments, and social outings

    Offer cheerful support during meals and assist with light meal preparation

    Help maintain a comfortable home environment with light housekeeping and organization

    Provide gentle medication reminders (non-medical)

    Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, mobility assistance, and fall prevention—always with dignity, safety, and respect

    Encourage participation in walks, puzzles, hobbies, and other engaging activities

    Observe and report any changes in a client’s condition, mood, or routine

    Accurately document visits and communicate with the care team

    Who This Role Is Perfect For

    This role may be a great fit if you:

    Enjoy meaningful one-on-one interactions and building relationships

    Have experience caring for a loved one, volunteering, or working in caregiving (formal experience is a plus, but not required)

    Are patient, dependable, and genuinely compassionate

    Prefer longer shifts like 12-hour days or nights, or are looking for shorter daytime shifts that fit your schedule

    Want work that feels purposeful and rewarding, not rushed or impersonal

    Value teamwork, support, and consistency with clients

    What We’re Looking For

    High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

    Caregiving, companion care, or personal care experience (preferred, but not required)

    CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with a supportive team
