Work with great people. Relationship Managers make up the backbone of our healthcare staffing business. Relationship Managers build relationships with talented clinical professionals and help place them in assignments at hospitals across the country. As a Relationship Manager, daily you will aggressively identify, qualify and recruit clinical professionals through outbound calls, messaging, and social media. To be successful, you must be a self-starter generating your own leads. Given our corporate culture, it’s a real bonus if you have a competitive spirit, perseverance, tenacity, solid listening skills, and are uber organized.

We offer a very competitive pay package (base salary + commission). BASE: $36-40K. FIRST YEAR OTE: $55-70K. SECOND YEAR OTE: $100-110K. We offer Medical with a Health Savings Account, Dental, Vision, Accident & Critical Illness, Life Insurance, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match. Short & Long-Term Disability insurance is fully paid by the company after 1 year of service. We also offer 2 weeks of PTO on an accrual basis after 90 days of service, increasing to 3 weeks after 1 year of service.
