JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate will interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to sell new products and services, while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to sales and customer interactions, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is positive and enthusiastic.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Facilitate outbound, inbound calls and chat electronically with potential customers who have started the application process or are seeking loan product information.
• Persuasively explain the value behind core products and help navigate them through the application process.
• Complete comprehensive sales training which incorporates product knowledge, sales, over coming objections and core systems.
• Be able to consistently meet and exceed monthly metrics of accountability.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of SpringLight policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
• Manage and track all activity using core system of record.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 (Two) or more year(s) in financial services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable
• Availability to work shifts within the call center's hours of operation: 8am-11pm, Monday through Sunday
